1 The service provider will not offer a refund for any cancellation made on the agreed travel date within 3 hours of the pre-arranged time.
2 The service provider will charge a cancellation fee of GBP £10.00 after confirmation of booking.
3 For travel on any vehicle, cancellation advised 3 to 48 hours prior to the agreed meeting or pick-up time will incur a charge of 20% of the
agreed fare or GBP £20.00, whichever is higher.
4 For travel on any service, any cancellation advised within 3 hours or the agreed meeting or pick-up time will incur a charge of 100% of
the agreed fare.
5 Where a booking is made within 48 hours of the agreed meeting or pick-up time for travel on any service, conditions 3, 4 and 6 will
apply in case of a cancellation.
6 The service provider may agree to waive conditions 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 or reduce the charge only in exceptional circumstances. In such
circumstances the service provider may require proof. In enforcing these conditions the service provider will be considerate and consider
all representations made by the customer. However, in any event the charge made will reflect the cost incurred by the service provider.
7 Cancellations can be advised by the customer either by e-mail, fax or telephone.
8 E-mail - The time and date of receipt when the e-mail reaches the service provider will be deemed the time and date of cancellation.
9 Fax - The time and date recorded by the service provider’s fax will be deemed the time and date of cancellation.
10 Telephone - If the customer speaks to a member AirportTransfersWales.com , a time and date of cancellation will be agreed with the
customer and will be deemed to be the time and date of cancellation. If the customer leaves a message on an answer machine or
answer phone the time and date recorded by the answering service will be deemed to be the time and date of cancellation.
